1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dstore online store and any purchase you make through it. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified. We accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer and cash on delivery as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by our licensed payment gateway partners; dstore does not store your banking credentials.
3. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across all eight divisions of Bangladesh. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative; delays by couriers are outside our control.
4. Returns & refunds
Delivered items may be returned through your account's order page subject to our returns policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as agreed with our support team.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
